O presente website e loja online são propriedade da Biobrassica, Lda., com sede em R. dos Capelistas 121, 4700-215 Braga.

2. Products

Products displayed in the online shop are subject to availability. All descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, though slight variations may occur.

Price

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate. Prices may be changed without prior notice; the price in effect at the time of the order will be applied.

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer declares they are over 18 or have authorisation from a legal representative. The order constitutes a purchase proposal, which will be confirmed by email.

6. Deliveries

We offer the following delivery options:

• Levantamento em loja (Braga or Guimarães) — gratuito
• Home delivery via CTT — shipping costs apply

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for mainland Portugal.

7. Returns

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. Perishable food products are not eligible for return.

8. Warranties

All organic products sold by Biobrassica are certified and comply with current European and national legislation.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the consumer may refer to alternative dispute resolution entities. More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
